Sahara Group Senior Management Trainee Program 2023 | details
The Sahara Group GMT Program is a career enhancement for recent graduates and young professionals who have the ability and desire to become future leaders of Sahara. It is a 6-month program that combines theoretical practical knowledge with practical application on the job. The program is largely experimental, and focuses on developing meaningful and influencing skills. It includes core skills training, assignments and rotations, extended projects, coaching, and mentoring – ultimately making you globally competitive.
Eligibility criteria
To be considered for the Senior Management Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2:1 in any discipline
- 0-2 years of formal work experience after graduation
- You must have completed the NYSC program (Nigerian citizens only)
- Master’s degree from a recognized university and professional qualifications will be an added advantage
- Fluency in English
- The ability to speak French is an advantage
- Must be 25 years old (or younger) at the time of application
