The Orange Knowledge Program aims to contribute to the sustainable and comprehensive development of society. Its scholarships are open to mid-career professionals in select countries.

The Orange Knowledge Individual Scholarships are open to mid-career professionals who are citizens of – and live and work in – the eligible countries (below):

- Candidates enroll in their Dutch educational institutions
- The Dutch Foundation nominates candidates and submits the scholarship application
- Embassies check eligibility and evaluate applications
- The selection results have been published
- Grants awarded

The Orange Knowledge Program consists of three presentation rounds:
- Round 1: Submission of applications between 8 February – 30 March 16.00 CET for courses starting between 24 July 2023 and 31 January 2024..
- Round 2: Submission of applications between 28 June – 5 September 16.00 CET for courses starting after 1 February 2024.
