Applications are now open for International Award for Oceanography University of Waterloo 2023. The university welcomes candidates (domestic and international) who are interested in pursuing a master’s degree in Sciences – Physics and astronomy to apply for the award.
Students accepted into the Perimeter Scholars International Program will be eligible to receive full financial support for their program. The University of Waterloo will offer scholarships and the Perimeter Institute (PI) will make awards intended to cover expenses related to travel, housing, food, textbooks, reference materials, student services fees, and incidental stipends as assessed by PI.

International Ocean Scientists Award | Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the University of Waterloo Perimeter Scholars International Award, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must be domestic or international students
- Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time program
- Applicants must have evidence of English language proficiency.

How to apply: To participate in the University of Waterloo Perimeter Scholars International Award, interested applicants are expected Submit an application online and enroll in the appropriate course of study to qualify for selection.
