Applications to be part of the 2025 MultiChoice Talent Factory East Africa, West Africa and Southern Africa Academy are now open.
MTF is a 12-month long industry readiness programme that affords the opportunity to learn from some of the leading players in TV and Film while acquiring valuable experience in directing, producing, cinematography, commissioning, direction and many more other skills.
Requirements
– Do you have a college/university qualification? (Preferably experience in the Film Industry)Yes
Are you between the ages of 21 – 26 years old?

- Personal Motivation letter of not more than 200 -300 words (why should you be chosen)
