Flemish Ministry of Education and Training Mind Master Scholarships 2023 | Eligibility criteria
- All nationalities can apply. The previous degree obtained must have been from an institution of higher education located outside Flanders. International students who have been on credit mobility at a hosting Flemish higher education institution are still eligible for the Master Mind Scholarship.
- The applicant is applying for a master’s degree program at a Flemish higher education institution.
- The applicant must have a high level of academic performance and/or potential:
- The student has a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 out of 4.0:
- The student should have a good knowledge of English:
- An overall score of at least 7.0 in the IELTS test
- Total score of at least 94 in the TOEFL test
- C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference
- or a similar result in another official language test (recognized by the host institution)

Award benefits
The Master Mind Scholarship includes a grant of €8200 + tuition fee waiver per academic year (60 ECTS). Master Mind Scholarship holders pay only the administrative registration fee. The scholarship is paid in installments and covers accommodation, insurance and a large amount of living expenses.
