OVERVIEW OF SCHOLARSHIPS

The University of Bristol is pleased to announce the availability of a fully-funded studentship, the AHRC Collaborative Doctoral Partnership (CDP) Studentships – Decorated Pebbles: Life on the Rocks in the UK, for the academic year 2022-2023.
Domestic and international students interested in pursuing a full-time or part-time PhD at the University of Bristol can apply for the University of Bristol International Scholarship.
Students with a relevant master’s degree and an interest in the museum sector are eligible to apply for this studentship, which includes a £16,062 stipend and a home rate tuition price.

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY
Eligible Countries: All domestic and international students are eligible for this University of Bristol International Scholarship.
Eligible Courses or Subjects: Applicants may apply for a PhD study program at the Department of Anthropology and Archaeology at the University of Bristol.
Eligibility Criteria: To be considered eligible, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Applicants must demonstrate a love of museums as well as the ability and desire to broaden their knowledge in relevant fields.
Students must apply online through the university’s portal.
Interested students must select Anthropology and Archaeology PhD on the application’s Programme Choice page.
They will then be asked to fill out the form’s Funding and Research Details sections with information about the studentship.
Documents to Support: Students must present the following documents to the university:
- CV writing sample for research proposals
- Statement of purpose
Admission Requirements: Applicants must have or expect to have a relevant Masters-level qualification, as well as similar professional experience, to be considered for admission.
Language Requirement: The students must submit scores on the following English language proficiency tests:
- IELTS – 6.5
- ESOL – Level 1 or 2
- CPE/CAE – 176 overall
- PTE – 58
- TOEFL IBT – 90
- Language Cert – B2
