China University of Petroleum Government Scholarship | details
The China University of Petroleum (Beijing) awards the Beijing Government Scholarship to students with a first degree, this scholarship pays only JPY 5,000/year as tuition fees. While the Beijing Government Scholarship for second-class students with this scholarship pays half of the tuition fees:
Bachelor 13000 / year
Master: 15,000/year
Doctor: 18,000/year
Eligibility criteria
In order to be eligible for the China University of Petroleum (Beijing) Beijing Government Scholarship, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must be international students
- You are not a citizen of the People’s Republic of China in good health and no criminal record
- Meet the China University of Petroleum admission requirements with a GPA of 0/5.0
- All courses offered at China University of Petroleum (Beijing)
- Applicants applying for programs taught in Chinese must have appropriate Chinese language proficiency and provide relevant evidence.
- Applicants whose native language is not English and who are applying for programs taught in English must meet the following criteria: IELTS ≧ 5, TOEFL ≧ 80 (Undergraduates or postgraduate students who have studied in English for two years or more during their study experience may also submit certificates official ones issued by schools in lieu of IELTS or TOEFL scores); Students from English speaking countries or where English is the official language are encouraged to apply to English taught programmes.
