African Union Commission Training Programme | what are you expecting
The program aims to introduce participants to the work of the African Union at an early stage in their careers and to enhance their personal and professional skills. It provides a means for participants to gain hands-on experience in various applicable fields, while learning in a multicultural environment.

Eligibility criteria
In order to be eligible for the African Union Commission (AUC) Internship Programme, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must be nationals of a member state of the African Union
- Applicants must be actively enrolled in at least the last year of a bachelor’s degree program or
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced/postgraduate (Master’s) qualification in a relevant academic field;
- Be full-time students currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Be proficient in at least one of the working languages ​​of the African Union (Arabic, English, French or Portuguese).
- Be no more than thirty-two (32) years old at the time of selection.
- To have the highest standards of ethical behavior and integrity.
- He has not been convicted of any serious criminal offense except for minor traffic offences.
- Previous work experience is not required for training positions.
