Senior Management Trainee AB InBev | what are you expecting
GMTs should forecast the following for the first 12 months:
- Courses of 3 to 4 months duration, with each experience aligned to our 3 strategic pillars.
- Ideally in Marketing, Sales or Technology, and Supply Chain/Logistics projects within these courses that expand knowledge and work on actual business challenges in each of these core functions.
- Cheers! (Global Induction) festival where GMTs will hear about our company’s strategy directly from our senior leaders, and connect with our peers.
- Access to the global GMT alumni database.
- Possibility for experiences in various locations across the region (intra-regional mobility required)
- Formal mentoring and access to learning and development approaches unique to the region

Eligibility criteria
In order to be eligible for the International Breweries Plc Graduate Management Trainee Program, applicants are expected to meet the following requirements:
- By starting or completing a program or in the final year of a bachelor’s degree (STEM major preferred); wow
- Studying for a Post Graduate Degree (PGDip) in Business Administration or a Masters Degree (or equivalent) would be advantageous
- No more than 3 years total full-time formal work experience by the program start date. (Training, job vacancies, short-term contracts and co-op experiences do not apply)
- Legal work permit (full citizenship) in the country for which the application is submitted
- Completed National Youth Service (applicable to nationals of Nigeria)
- Proficiency in English
