QUEST Undergraduate Scholarship 2023: In the fall of 2023, do you intend to begin studying civil engineering in the UK? Is your programme ICE-accredited?
If so, you might be selected as one of our upcoming QUEST scholars. If you are successful, you will get financial assistance and access to the best employers.
As a QUEST undergraduate scholar you could receive:
- Up to £8,000 over the course of your study
- Paid work placements every summer
- Potential for a full-time job with a leading civil engineering or construction company when you graduate
- Experience, knowledge and the badge of an ICE QUEST scholar, good for your CV and your career – especially if you want to become an Incorporated or Chartered Engineer
The CF Lunoe Trust fully funds a small number of scholarships, while the bulk are co-funded by QUEST and a sponsor organisation.
Are you starting university in the Autumn 2023?
You must have expected A-level grades of ABB or better and be beginning a full-time certified civil engineering undergraduate degree at a UK university in September or October 2023 to be eligible.
Math, science, and design-based topics are preferred. Visit the JBM website to see if your course is accredited.

The Interview week
If your application is accepted, you will receive an invitation to take part in the online QUEST Interview Week, which will take place from September 4–8. You won’t be able to proceed with the process if you can’t access online conferencing this week.
For applicants with physical disabilities or learning impairments, such as visual disturbance during online talks, arrangements or changes will be taken into consideration.
