OECD Training Program for Students | what are you expecting
The training program is open on an ongoing basis. Students enrolled in a fully accredited degree program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD) for the duration of the training may apply online. Selected interns are being engaged remotely and in a hybrid format until further notice.
Its main objective is to give successful candidates the opportunity to improve their analytical and technical skills in an international environment. The duration of the internship is between one and six months (renewable for another six months up to a total of twelve months), on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
For training in company functions, successful candidates will be involved in one of the following areas:

- Communication, media and public relations
- Event management
- Finance, budget and accounting
- information technology
- legal services
- Office management
- HR
- translation
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the OECD Internship Program for Students, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- Applicants enrolled in a full-time degree program for the duration of the training in an area or discipline related to the work of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development;
- are available for a training period of at least one month;
- Proficiency in one of the two official languages ​​of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (English and French) and a working knowledge or willingness to learn the other. Knowledge of other OECD languages ​​would be an advantage;
- Possess strong quantitative and IT skills;
- Demonstrate excellent drafting and communication skills;
- Able to work in an international and multicultural team environment.
