International graduate students from all over the world are welcome to apply Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2023/24 For an opportunity to study and research at a Singaporean university with a full scholarship. All international applicants with good academic reports are welcome to apply.
the prize (SINGA) is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS) and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Eligibility Criteria | Singapore International Graduate Award 2023/24
Eligibility requirements will include;
- Application is open to all international graduates with a passion for research and excellent academic results
- Good skills in spoken and written English
- Good reports from academic referees

A*STAR may include additional selection criteria based on prevailing scholarship policies. These policies may be amended from time to time without notice.

The areas of research in the PhD program fall broadly under two categories:
- biomedical sciences; And
- Physical sciences and engineering.
Scholarship benefits
the Singapore International Graduate Award Provides support for up to 4 years of PhD studies including:
- Tuition fees
- Monthly stipend of S$2,200, which will be increased to S$2,700 after passing the qualification test
- One-time airfare grant of up to S$1,500
- One time settlement allowance of S$1,000

- Browse doctoral research projects: Browse through any of these projects that interest you.
- Required Documents: Prepare the following documents in advance before applying.
- passport
- A recent passport-size photo (in .jpeg or .png format)
- Degree certificates
- Two recommendation reports
- Texts and reports: All texts must be translated into English
